If you come from East: Take I 94 west towards St Cloud. After 684 ends, continue on I 94 W towards St Cloud. Take exit no. 213 at Maple Grove Parkway and turn right (North). After you pass first traffic light, 2nd traffic light is Hospital Dr. Take left and clinic building is on left side.
If you are coming froake I 94 East and take exit 213 maple Grove Park way. and turn left (north). Pass 2 traffic light and third traffic light will be Hospital Dr. Take left and Clinic building is on left side.
If you are comming from Champlin or Anoka, you can avoid high way. Take US 169 to south and after you pass river bridge, take right on Dayton . After you pass first stop sign, take first left on French lake road. Follow the road till you get stop sign and turn right (county rd 129). Follow the road about 2-3 miles and it will continue on left (south). It will change to Fernbrook Road. Follow the road till you touch County Rd 81 Take right turn (North west). First traffic light will be Maple Grove park way and take left on Maple Grove park way. Turn right on Hospital Dr and clinic is on left side. | |
